Are You An Emotional Eater?

In this four week course, I will teach you how your emotions are connected to food, what triggers cause you to make poor eating choices, and how to start winning the battle with your weight.

In this course you will learn how you became an emotional eater. Explore some of the underlying issues that are associated with being an emotional eater including issues of self-esteem and self-sabotage. When you understand some of the causes associated with emotional eating, I will help you clear these issues and move past them. You will also learn how to cope with future situations and events that have triggered you to overeat and make poor food choices in the past. Learn how to gain control over your eating and begin to feel good about yourself.

This four week course will be taught once a week. Each weekly lesson will be taught for one hour at lunchtime, on Monday's from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at The James Street Wellness Centre, 20 James St., 3rd Floor, Ottawa ON (near Bank St.). The Tele-course version is offered world-wide the same day by phone from 9:30pm to 10:30pm EST.

Serenity Vibrational and Enlightenment Techniques have been channeled into our world in the last decade.
